Class Descriptions

Beginner Yoga

This  60 minute class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga.. Class is slow paced and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational asanas. Come to learn, play, and relax in a supportive environment.

Candlelight Flow 

Candlelight yang to yin Hatha Flow 60 minute practice. Creative sequencing that will move you from dynamic movements to deeper more meditative poses. Evening slot to suit your schedule. All levels.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow classes are about linking breath with movement and synchronizing a flowing, strengthening linkage of yoga poses.  These classes will be supportive and will encourage a challenge for any student. Our focus will be on breath and alignment, sun salutations and all their variations, and understanding the body in poses that flow together like the ocean’s waves at the shore.

Yin Yoga

A soft meditative form of stretching and inner reflection that is a wonderful compliment to active yoga styles.  Yin Yoga uses long passive holds to lengthen deep connective tissues, change neural-muscular patters and increase flexibility.  All Levels Warm Class

Yoga

This 60 minute class takes you back to the roots of yoga.  This class is based on the foundations of  Ahimsa (non-violence) and Satya (truthfulness).  We start in a quiet space, connecting to breath, and allowing the mind to take a seat in the body.  We listen, practice asana, kriyas, and meditation to communicate with our bodies so that we are able to heal from the inside, out. This class is for EVERYBODY!! 

Kundalini 

Classes vary greatly depending on what kriya the teacher decides to teach, but each class includes warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayam), an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation. Experience your self deeply and notice a transformation towards physical strength, heightened awareness, mental clarity, and happiness.  This class is for EVERYBODY!!

Warrior Flow

We know that truth is relative; you can choose what you want yours to be. When you're feeling blah, it's easy to believe the negative. Why not turn that notion upside down by practicing making yourself feel as fluid and juicy as possible on the mat? Find empowerment through fluid movement—and honoring what feels right to you—in this standing slow flow practice.  This class is for EVERYBODY!!!

Gentle Yoga

A slow-paced and accessible stretching practice intended to enhance the
mind-body connection. This class is for everyBODY as each person
experiences the benefits of easing into classic yoga poses through the
use of props and variations on the poses. With a focus on the breath, this
meditative class will bring peace and healing.

Gentle Yoga Flow

In this class we take the foundation qualities of the Yoga Flow classes,
linking breath with movement, and slow it down, allowing time to modify
postures, incorporate props and really sink into the poses. The
synchronization of breath and movement helps increase awareness, calm
the nervous system and quiet the mind. Gentle Yoga Flow gives space for
students to gradually and safely increase strength, balance, and flexibility.

Warm Core & More

Each class will use heat building postures to build core strength, increase focus and improve balance. Then there is MORE..... intention setting, pranayama, fluid movements linked to the breath, and ends with a sweet savasana & meditation.  Come refresh your mind, body & spirit.
